I strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for my clients from the very beginning. When you reach out to me, I am happy to offer a free 20 minute introduction to get to know you, and understand what you’re looking for in therapy. By understanding the bigger picture of your life, including your strengths, and personal interests, we can tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, and supportive space, online where you can explore thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement.
If you decide to work with me, you can expect a warm and compassionate approach to therapy. I am committed to helping you build resilience, improve your self-esteem, and cultivate positive relationships. I believe everyone has the potential for growth and change, and I am here to support you on your journey towards a healthier and happier life.
